Boston / 2014 Consulting report prepared for Commonwealth Kitchen, a community-based commercial kitchen serving the Boston metro area. Report compiled to to inform the layout, storage capacity, and business model of Commonwealth's cold, frozen, and dry storage rooms. To research repor, I surveyed a range of commercial and community-based cold storage facilities and equipment vendors for storage systems, followed by testing in a range of models for a rand of layout design options.
